2 Days Tanzania Safari

Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara

Meet our professional tours guide/driver in Moshi town, who will deliver a short safari info briefing, after which, we travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. We arrive in nearly time for lunch. After lunch we head into the Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. Dinner and overnight as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.

• Day 2:Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Day 2 :Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

This morning you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater – a wonderful haven for wildlife. Ngorongoro is unique in that almost all the wildlife live within the crater walls hence you have the opportunity to find game easily. Rhino, in particular, can be seen regularly as well as prides of lion and other predators like cheetah. Enjoy lunch by the hippo pond before beginning your drive back to Arusha/Moshi.

Travelers will be sleeping on public campsites; bathroom facilities are shared with fellow travelers at the camp. Travelers travel together in our own vehicle, with our own driver-guide and a chef who prepares all food

Travelers will be staying in small lodges and tented camps, bathroom facilities are unsuited, this option is perfect balance of quality and price. Comfort accommodations are handpicked to ensure the best quality.

Comfort Plus Tours

To some travelers’ luxury is more important. With comfort plus you will stay in lodges or tented camps where the quality of services and facilities is that of big hotel organization. Chumia African Travel will pamper you on your Comfort Plus safari.
